  Set-Up: Add $10.00 for each extra color, after 1st color. Custom Artwork: Add $48.00 when required.
  Color / Copy Changes: Add $12.00 per change. Color Proof: Add $25.00 per color.
  Color Matching: No charge for PMS color match. Packaging: Bulk packed in poly bags.
  Material Thickness: Approx. 20 mil. For 30 mil. add 45% to the order. Halftones: Add $10.00 for each.
